At Pelle di Ceylon, we stand behind the quality of every Italian leather card holder we craft and deliver. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all products, provided the following condition is met:
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. This means the cardholder must be unused, free from scratches, stains, or any signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging.
Items that show visible damage, signs of use, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@pelledicceylon.com within a reasonable period of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photographs of the product in its current condition
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Exchanges
Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your product for another available item, simply mention this when contacting us to initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements outlined above.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pelle di Ceylon cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the product.
Rejected returns (due to damage or condition issues) will not be refunded. The item will be returned to you and you will be notified accordingly.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end.
Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all Pelle di Ceylon products are eligible for return, provided they meet the condition requirements stated above. There are no product categories excluded from our return policy at this time.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the stated conditions upon inspection.
- Pelle di Ceylon is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on returned international orders.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
